NEET PG 2025 Revised Schedule: The National Board of Examinations for Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced the amended schedule for NEET PG 2025, which will be held in a single shift (9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) on August 3. According to the revised timetable, candidates will be able to resubmit their preferred exam city choice via the official website, natboard.edu.in, between June 13 (3 p.m.) and June 17.
In addition, exam city selection will be done on a first-come, first-served basis, with eligible cities provided on the application. To accommodate the single-shift exam logistics, NBEMS expanded the number of NEET PG exam centers and cities in accordance with the Supreme Court’s instruction.
According to the official notification, if a testing seat is not available in the state or UT in which the candidate wishes to sit in NEET PG, he or she may select an option from the list during the online submission of the NEET PG application form. NBEMS stated that they will make every effort to assign a testing center in the state of the candidate’s correspondence address; however, if a testing seat is unavailable in the concerned state due to logistical, administrative, or other reasons, a testing center anywhere in India may be assigned.
Furthermore, NBEMS maintains the right to add or delete exam cities from the list for logistical, administrative, or other reasons, as specified in the NEET PG notification. Last year, NEET-PG was held in two shifts rather than one. The exam was held on August 11th, with sessions from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
