The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced the test cities for the National Eligibility and Entrance Test, Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024. NBEMBS also informed that the test city and test centre communicated in the prior admit cards for NEET PG 2024, which was scheduled for June 23, are no longer valid.
“On account of additional security measures being taken by NBEMS and MoHFW (Govt. of India), this examination shall now be conducted in 185 test cities across the country,” the official notice stated.
Candidates can choose their exam cities by going to the official website, natboard.edu.in, till July 22. The NBEMS NEET PG 2024 admit card will be released on August 8, and candidates will be notified of their test cities via email on July 29.
“The test center venue in the test city allocated shall be intimated through admit card which shall be released on 8th August 2024 at NBEMS website,” reads the official notice.
NEET PG 2024, initially scheduled on June 23, will now be held on August 11. The deadline for qualifying remains August 15, 2024. Candidates must select four desired test cities, and the allocation will be done randomly.
In the event that a test center is not available in the selected test cities, candidates will be assigned to a neighboring location. Candidates who do not choose their preferred exam center will be assigned one by NBEMS anywhere in the country.
