The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has launched the registration process for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test – Super Specialty (NEET SS) 2025. Eligible candidates should apply through the official website, natboard.edu.in. The registration process will be open until November 25, 11:55 p.m.
According to the official notice, the NEET SS 2025 would be held in computer-based manner on December 26 and 27, 2025, at various centers across India. The exam is a prerequisite for admission to DM, MCh, and DrNB super-specialty courses in medical institutions across the country.
The board clarified that this year’s exam schedule has been revised twice — originally slated for November 6 and 7, it was later postponed to December 27 and 28, before being rescheduled once more to December 26 and 27.

How to apply for NEET SS 2025
Step 1: Visit the official NBEMS website at natboard.edu.in.
Step 2: Click on the NEET-SS 2025 link under the examinations tab.
Step 3: Register using a valid email ID and mobile number to generate login credentials.
Step 4: Fill in personal, academic, and contact details, then upload the required documents.
Step 5: Pay the examination fee online, review the information carefully, and submit the application form.
Candidates can keep a printed copy of the confirmation page for future reference. According to the NBEMS notice, “Only candidates who have successfully submitted the application form along with the prescribed examination fee will be eligible to appear for NEET-SS 2025.”
NEET SS 2025: Marking Scheme
According to the official information bulletin, the NEET SS 2025 will use a negative marking system, with 25% subtracted for each incorrect answer. Each accurate response will earn four points, while an incorrect answer will cost one point. Unanswered questions will receive no credit or deduction.
