The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the re-revised National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024 results, which take into account the correct solution to the controversial physics question. This year’s re-revised cut-off for general category applicants has dropped from 720-164 in the June 4 result to 720-162. 17 students share the top all-India position. They achieved 99.9992714 percentile.
The NEET UG cut-off for candidates from scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, and other backward classes is 161–127. Similarly, the NEET UG 2024 cut off for SC, ST, and OBC-PH applicants is 143–127.
On, May 5, 2024 (Sunday), the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (UG) was held for over 24 lakh candidates at 4750 different centers spread in 571 cities around the country, including 14 cities outside India.
The NEET (UG) 2024 re-examination was held on June 23, 2024, for 1563 applicants who lost time during the original test on May 5, 2024.
NEET 2024 Cutoff
The NTA issued the NEET cutoff 2024, often known as the qualifying marks, alongside the results. As expected, the NEET 2024 cutoff is higher than previous year, as the number of exam takers increased. Furthermore, the NEET 2024 research indicates that the exam was easier than last year.
