Nokia launched a new compact tablet in the global market on Tuesday. The new Nokia T10 has an 8-inch display and is available in Wi-Fi and LTE variants. The new Nokia tablet features a Unisoc chipset, an IPX2 rating, and up to three years of security updates.
Nokia T10 Specifications
The Nokia T10 has a simple design with a small display. It has an 8-inch display with HD+ (1200 x 800 pixel) resolution and a brightness of up to 450 nits.
It is equipped with the Unisoc T606 SoC, 3GB or 4GB of RAM, and 32GB or 64GB of internal storage. It has a microSD card slot for up to 512GB of additional storage.
The tablet has a 2MP front-facing camera for taking selfies and making video calls. An 8MP primary lens with autofocus is located on the back of the camera. It also has an LED flash on the back to help the camera in low-light situations.
It comes with a 5,250mAh battery that supports 10W fast charging technology. The tablet is available in both Wi-Fi and LTE configurations. It supports 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. In addition, the tablet has an FM radio and a 3.5mm headphone jack for audio.
The tablet comes pre-installed with Android 12 OS and three years of security updates. According to Nokia, it is an Android Enterprise Recommended tablet. It supports facial unlocking, which adds security. Adding to its durability is the IPX2 water resistance rating.
The Nokia T10 tablet has Netflix HD certification as well as Google Kids Space support. It only comes in one color: Ocean Blue.
Price and availability of the Nokia T10
The 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant of the NokiaT10 with Wi-Fi costs £129 (approximately Rs. 12,158). The LTE model starts at £149. (roughly Rs. 14,044). It will be available in the United Kingdom beginning next month.
There is no information on whether this tablet will be available in India. However, given that its elder sibling, the Nokia T20, is already available in India, we can anticipate the T10’s arrival sooner.
