The Gazette notification has been issued for the first phase elections in Odisha from May 13.
The period for filing nominations is today till April 25.
The Election Commission released a schedule that states that the documents will be examined on April 26 and that nominations must be withdrawn by April 29.
The first phase of voting for the 28 Assembly seats and the four Lok Sabha constituencies (Kalahandi, Nabarangpur, Koraput, and Berhampur) in Odisha would take place on May 13.
The hours for voting are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The fourth phase of general elections for the Lok Sabha has been announced in the gazette, affecting ten states, including Odisha.
In ten states, there will be polls for 96 Lok Sabha seats. Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and Jammu & Kashmir.
