Odisha Cabinet led by CM Naveen Patnaik has approved a proposal to modify pay structure of Elementary Teachers, Headmasters and Officers working in the Elementary Cadre.
The plan was accepted with an extra ₹587 Cr in yearly costs. Up to 1,04,350 teachers, headmasters, and officers will gain from the change.
The modification of pay structure is given in the table–
