Odisha CHSE Practical Exams 2025: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) has announced the practical examination timetable for higher secondary students. Students can view the schedule on the official website, chseodisha.nic.in, under the notification area.
According to the circular, the internal evaluation, project examination, and practical exam will be held between December 23 and 30, and January 2 and 12, respectively, in all CHSE-registered schools.
Students’ project work should be handwritten within 6 pages (A4 size papers) as allocated by the corresponding subject teacher on a topic from the required syllabus. Students can check the Odisha CHSE internal assessment and project test dates here:

“The examination (internal assessment/project and Practical) will be held as per the programme even if any of the dates) is subsequently declared as a holiday(s). Candidates are advised to enter the examination centre 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination in a sitting and enter the examination room/hall 15 minutes before the examination to occupy the seats allotted to them.” read the notification by the Council.
Students should remember that for the project evaluation and viva voce in the Commerce stream, groups of at least 24 students must be established. The evaluation and viva-voice of a group will last two hours. The project evaluation and viva voce shall be conducted solely by the institution’s related subject teacher, and no external examiner will be considered for this purpose.
