The CM’s grievance hearing had been discontinued since 2008, but it resumed on July 1. Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi would listen to people’s complaints for two hours. The hearing of complaints will begin today.
On June 21, it was decided that the Chief Minister would hear the grievance at the State Guest House. He was meant to listen to people’s problems from 3 to 5 p.m. and take action to resolve them after receiving complaint letters. The General Administration Department of the Government of Odisha provided this information.
It is worth noting that Mohan Charan Majhi has garnered popularity as the people’s Chief Minister since the inception of the new government. He has been observed mingling with people, hearing complaints, and even promising to remedy them. The Chief Minister has taken this action to establish a systematic and timely process for resolving people’s complaints.
