Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik paid a courtesy call on outgoing Governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal at Raj Bhavan, wishing him a long and active public life.

Prof Ganeshi Lal is leaving Odisha after serving as Governor for nearly five years. Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das has been appointed as the new Governor of Odisha.
Das is scheduled to take oath on October 31.
