Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will begin a four-day visit to New Delhi today, with a full itinerary that includes a key meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
A key highlight of the visit would be the Chief Minister’s one-on-one meeting with Prime Minister Modi, during which he will offer a formal invitation to the Prime Minister to attend the BJP government’s one anniversary celebrations in Odisha on June 12, 2025.
During this conference, Majhi plans to deliver a full report on his government’s accomplishments in its first year, as well as address Odisha’s blueprint for future growth.
The ceremony will highlight the state’s progress, including the effective implementation of several social and development measures under the Majhi administration.
In addition to the meeting with the Prime Minister, CM Majhi will attend the NITI Aayog Governing Council meeting on May 24, chaired by PM Modi, to discuss national and state-level policy priorities. He will also attend a strategic summit of chief ministers from NDA-ruled states, which aims to improve cooperation and synchronize development priorities.
