The Odisha government today ordered the mandatory retirement of three officials from the Cooperation Department.
According to a Cooperation Department official, Sub Assistant AGCS at the Directorate of Cooperative Audit Mukteswar Soreng, Inspector of Cooperative Societies at the office of Registrar of Cooperative Societies Kedar Gouri Patra, and Sub-Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies Asish Kumar Rout have been given compulsory retirement.
According to the official, the three officials have been awarded compulsory retirement under Clause (a) of Rule 71 of the Odisha Service Code.
According to the official, these three officials have reached the age of 50 and have been granted three months’ pay and allowances in lieu of three months’ notice.
