Odisha Chief Minister Odisha and Biju Janata Dal supremo Naveen Patnaik, is all set to hold marathon campaigning in western Odisha. On Wednesday, to improve the party’s chances in the next elections.
According to sources, the ruling party chief will travel to Rourkela, where he would address a large audience. He will subsequently go for the Deogarh Assembly constituency, where he is expected to address a large crowd.
The Chief Minister also holds election campaigns in Chhendipada and Athamallick. Aside from the candidates running in the next elections, top BJD leader VK Pandian will be present with Odisha Chief Minister during campaigning.
Police have deployed up to 12 platoons in Sindhekela and 11 platoons in Ganrei.
Previously, the CM held marathon campaigns in Koraput, Nabarangpur, Rayagada, and Paralakhemundi. VK Pandian, another popular BJD campaigner, followed Naveen to the rallies.
