The Odisha government highlighted on Wednesday that there is no deadline for the Subhadra Yojana registration procedure, amid a rush at post offices and other centers to update Aadhaar cards for the scheme.
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida launched a call center for the Subhadra Yojana, which has received nearly 1.50 lakh calls for clarification. The phone center will handle questions and uncertainty among customers. She stated that 180 troops would be sent in three shifts.
Parida stated that candidates need simply provide their Aadhaar number in the application form, not a physical copy. She promised that financial help will be granted to all eligible individuals, regardless of when they completed the registration process.
Dilip Dash, the head of the Common Service Centre (CSC), claimed that the registration gateway will be accessible today, but applicants will not be able to apply online from home. He asked people not to overcrowd Jana Seva Kendras, as forms are accessible from both Anganwadi staff and Jana Seva Kendras.
The government has informed applicants that the registration process will continue until the last eligible beneficiary is added, and that Aadhaar cards will be authenticated and returned to them without a copy.
