Odisha Govt Reopens Scholarship Portal For Students, Apply By February 26

The Higher Education Department of the Odisha government has reopened the online site for scholarship applications under the Mukhyamantri Medhabi Chhatra Protsahan Yojana for the academic year 2025-26.

Eligible students can now apply for the remaining vacancies between February 6 and February 26, 2026, with no further extensions.

The relaunched portal includes various scholarship schemes, including e-Medhabruti (UG Merit), e-Medhabruti (PG Merit), e-Medhabruti (Technical & Professional Merit), Byasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti Scheme, and Gopabandhu Sikhya Sahayata Yojana.

Non-SAMS students must upload essential papers using Digilocker for rapid verification.
