Odisha: Notebooks will now be provided to students in Odisha government schools, as is the practice in private schools.
“Our department is going to provide notebooks to students as is done in private schools. From it guardians will be able to know what teachers are teaching what homework has been assigned to their wards,etc,” informed School & Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash here today.
Dash stated that students in grades IX and X will now be provided with school uniforms, just as students in grades I through VII are.
