Bhubaneswar: As the online mode of education is yet to reach each student and uncertainty still prevails over the reopening of schools, School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash on Wednesday stated that the reduced syllabus of 30% for Class 9 and 10 students will continue for the current academic year.
The Odisha Government had reduced the school syllabus last year primarily based on the recommendation of three syllabus committees of the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Board of Secondary Education (BSE), and Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) in view of the Covid-19 pandemic.
