Odisha on Tuesday reported 625 new positive cases of Covid-19, out of which 80 are between the age of 0-18 years.
With a total of 53,527 samples tested in the last 24 hours, the test positivity rate (TPR) stands at 1.16%.
Among the new cases, 366 are in quarantine and 259 are local contacts. With this, the total number of positive cases in Odisha now stands at 1002323.

67 persons have succumbed to Covid-19 in Odisha, informed the Health & Family Welfare Department on Tuesday.
Among the deceased persons, 1 each is from the districts of Keonjhar, Nabarangpur, Puri, and Rayagada; 2 each from Bhadrak and Mayurbhanj; 3 each from Angul and Kendrapara; 5 from Balasore; 6 from Jajpur; 8 from Dhenkanal; 14 from Jagatsinghpur; and 20 from Cuttack.
