Dry weather will prevail over Odisha’s districts for the next five days, with low to moderate fog expected in several locations across the state during the early morning hours, according to the regional office of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) in Bhubaneswar in its mid-day bulletin on Monday.
Day 1 (Valid up to 0830 hrs IST of 04.02.2025)
Dry weather is very likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha. Shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur during early morning hours at a few places in Khurda, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Nayagarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Ganjam and at one or two places in Mayurbhanj, Sundargarh, Keonjhargarh, Deogarh, Sambalpur, Kandhamal, and Kalahandi.
Yellow Warning (Be aware): Dense fog is very likely to occur at one or two places in Khurda, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Nayagarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, and Ganjam.
Day 2 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 04.02.2025 to 0830 hrs IST of 05.02.2025)
Dry weather is very likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha. Shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur during early morning hours at a few places in Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Cuttack, Khurda, Ganjam and at one or two places in Nayagarh, Balasore, Gajapati, Dhenkanal, Sundargarh, Kalahandi, and Angul.
