Odisha Weather Update: Rain Forecast For Several Districts On March 15

Rain and thundershowers are expected in many parts of Odisha on March 15, according to the India Meteorological Department’s regional office here.

According to the IMD’s midday bulletin issued on Sunday, light to moderate rain or thundershower is likely between March 15 and 16 in Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khurda, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Rayagada, Koraput, and Malkangiri.

During the next two to three days, the maximum temperature (day temperature) in Odisha is expected to be between 38°C and 39°C. There would be a 2°C to 3°C increase in the maximum temperature in the state.

There is a chance that the maximum temperature will drop later in the day. Overall,  the weather will remain dry in most places in the state till March 14.
