Odisha is projected to have warmer days over the next 4-5 days, with minimum temperatures rising by 2-3 degrees Celsius in most districts.
The temperature may rise by up to four degrees Celsius. Although no considerable temperature change is projected, there will be an upward tendency.
According to Manorama Mohanty, Director of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) Bhubaneswar, significant moisture is expected to raise temperatures across coastal and interior Odisha, potentially resulting in dense fog.
The IMD predicts shallow to moderate fog in the early morning hours on Friday in Cuttack, Khordha, Dhenkanal, Boudh, Angul, Keonjhar, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Nayagarh, and Koraput.
Similar situations could exist in one or two locations in Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Ganjam, Gajapati, and Sundargarh.
The weather agency predicts that dry weather will prevail throughout the state for the next seven days.
