The makers of Prabhas’ Project K, Vyjayanthi Movies, are planning to reveal the first look of the mega-budget film at the San Diego Comic-Con on July 20th. They have given fans back home a poster of Prabhas from the film ahead of the big day. This is Prabhas’ first look from the film.
Prabhas is depicted on the poster with a hair bun and a beard. He is portrayed wearing futuristic armor and doing the well-known’superhero landing,’ smashing the soil under him. The poster’s background confirms that the film is set in a dystopian environment.
Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, and director Nag Ashwin have arrived in San Diego for the first look at Comic-Con. They are joined by Rana Daggubati of Baahubali fame, who has supported Project K since its start.
Deepika Padukone’s first-look poster was previously posted on social media. The actress appears fierce on the poster, which reveals little about the locale or the character.
Project K is billed as a dystopian picture, and all of the film’s posters confirm this. Previously, Aswani Dutt, the film’s producer, stated that the film is about the rebirth of the Hindu god Vishnu, who defends the world from evil. Prabhas was most recently seen in Adipurush as Raghav aka Ram and looks like Project K will be a modern avatar of the same god.
The film also stars Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan, who was recently injured while filming Project K.
