The long-awaited Royal Enfield Hunter 350 is now available in India. The Hunter 350 should be able to attract new buyers who previously avoided the brand because their motorcycles appeared retro and heavy. The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 faces a slew of competitors. The Honda CB350RS, on the other hand, is the Hunter 350’s main rival. The design language of both motorcycles is similar. The CB350RS is an updated version of the H’ness CB350, a neo-retro motorcycle.

There are still some subtle retro motorcycle touches on the Hunter 350 and CB350RS. On both motorcycles, the headlamp and instrument cluster are circular units. Both motorcycles come with alloy wheels and a one-piece seat. The Hunter 350 appears more modern due to its roadster-like design language, whereas the CB350 RS appears to be a sportier version of the H’ness CB350.

Both motorcycles are powered by a 350 cc, single-cylinder, long-stroke engine. The air-oil cooled engine in the Hunter 350 produces 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm of peak torque. The CB350RS has a maximum power output of 20.8 bhp and a peak torque of 30 Nm. Both engines have a 5-speed transmission, but Honda includes a slip and assist clutch.

The Metro Dapper is priced at 1.63 lakhs, and the Metro Rebel is the top-end variant. It costs Rs.1.68 lakhs. The CB350RS, on the other hand, is quite expensive at 2.03 lakhs.
