The number of people killed in Russian strikes in the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia has risen to 23.
According to Ukrainska Pravda, at least 23 people have died and 115 others have requested assistance.
Injuries have been reported on 64 civilians, including two children.
According to State Emergency Sources, 34 of the injured are in serious condition, with another five in critical condition.
Police have reported that 39 people are missing, and that search and rescue operations are underway.
Russian forces launched rockets into Vinnytsia’s center on Thursday, sparking several fires.
According to the Air Force Command, the Russians attacked Vinnytsia with Kalibr missiles launched from a submarine in the Black Sea.
Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky, has called the missile attack a terrorist attack.
