The Department of Higher Education has asked all public universities, degree colleges, and government teacher education institutions to publish the final semester or annual examinations for undergraduate courses by July 7 of this year.
The Higher Education Department has asked the Vice Chancellors of all public universities and the Principals of all government/non-government degree/autonomous colleges and government teacher education institutions to positively publish the final semester or annual examination results of UG courses for the academic year 2022-23 by the above-mentioned date so that the state government can conduct the CPET exams early to enroll students in PG courses for the academic year 2023-24.
“The universities and degree colleges have been asked to conduct their UG final year examinations accordingly. This will facilitate our students to appear in different examinations conducted by the Central Universities for higher studies. If required, extra classes should be arranged for timely completion of courses before the final year examinations,” said an official.
He added that the institutions have been asked to conduct other examinations, including back papers, while keeping the schedule of UG final year examinations in mind.
