Sensex Today | Stock market close highlights on Thursday, November 13, 2025: The Indian benchmarks Sensex and Nifty closed virtually flat on Thursday after a volatile session dominated by Sensex expiry, Q2 results, and mixed global cues.
Nonetheless, the BSE Sensex ended 0.01 percent higher, or 12.16 points, at 84,478.67. The Nifty50, on the other hand, closed 0.01 percent or 3.35 points higher at 25,879.15 levels.
On the BSE, Asian Paints, ICICI Bank, and Power Grid were the top gainers, while Eternal, Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles (TMCV), and M&M were major laggards.
Similarly, on the NSE, Asian Paints, Hindalco, and IndiGo were the top gainers, while Eternal, TMCV, and M&M were among the worst losers.
Broader indexes closed in red. The Nifty Midcap 100 index closed 0.35 percent lower, while the Nifty SmallCap 100 index fell 0.37 percent.
Sectorally, the Nifty Metal, Pharma, and Realty were among the top gainers, up 0.44 percent, 0.41 percent, and 0.42 percent, respectively.
On the other hand, the Nifty PSU Bank index fell the most, by 0.68 percent.
