Share Market News Today | Sensex, Nifty, Share Prices Highlights: The benchmark equity indices ended Wednesday’s trading session in the positive territory. The NSE Nifty 50 rose 63.75 points, or 0.25%, to close at 26,004.15, while the BSE Sensex rose 255.83 points, or 0.30%, to 85,169.87. The broader indices finished neutral, with large-cap stocks leading the way up. The Bank Nifty index ended up 133.05 points, or 0.25%, at 54,101.65. The media and energy companies outperformed the other sectors indices, while IT and Nifty PSU Banks stocks fell.

The NSE Nifty 50 gained 63.75 points or 0.25% to settle at 26,004.15, while the BSE Sensex jumped 255.83 points or 0.30% to 85,169.87.
Power Grid Corp, Axis Bank, NTPC, Grasim, and Bajaj Finance are the top gainers on NSE Nifty 50 index whereas the top laggards include LTIMindtree, Tech Mahindra, Tata Consumer Products, Titan Company, and Tata Motors.
The Nifty 50 was down 0.20% at 25,888 while the Sensex was down 0.13% at 84,804.
The NSE Nifty 50 opens down by 40.95 points or 0.16% at 25,899.45, while the BSE Sensex fells 77.59 points or 0.09% to 84,836.45 in the opening trade.
