In June, Tata Motors is offering discounts on select models and variants of its vehicle lineup. The carmaker is offering a discount of up to $45,000, following a month of price increases across the board. Tata Motors’ discounts include models such as the Tiago, Tigor, Nexon, Harrier, and Safari. Tata Motors is now one of India’s top two carmakers, thanks to the success of models such as the Nexon subcompact SUV, which is available in both ICE and EV versions.
Tata Harrier is the model who stands to benefit the most from the discounts on offer. The carmaker is offering a total discount of 45,000, which includes a 5,000 corporate discount and the remainder in exchange bonus.
The Safari three-row SUV is another model that has received a significant discount. Tata Motors is offering a 40,000 discount as an exchange bonus.
The Tiago hatchback and Tigor sub-compact sedans are among the other models with a total discount of $23,000 each. This includes cash discounts and exchange bonuses of $10,000 each, as well as a corporate discount of $3,000.
As a corporate exchange benefit, the Tata Nexon sub-compact SUV, which is currently India’s best-selling SUV, receives a 5,000 discount.
Tata is not currently offering any official discounts on any of its electric or CNG vehicles. Tata Motors is currently India’s leading manufacturer of electric vehicles. However, no discounts have been offered on these models, which include the Nexon EV, Nexon EV Max, and Tigor EV. Tata Motors, meanwhile, has recently entered the CNG vehicle segment with the Tigor and Tiagor iCNG models. This month’s list of Tata car benefits excludes popular models such as the Punch SUV and the Altroz premium hatchback.
