NTA UGC NET 2024 Revised Exam Date: On December 21, the University Grants Commission (UGC) announced the subject-wise exam dates for the National Eligibility Test (NET), which will begin on January 3. The UGC NET December 2024 exam will continue until January 16. Initially, the exam was scheduled for January 1.
The NTA, which organizes the UGC NET to award Junior Research Fellowships and recruit Assistant Professors, will hold the December 2024 exam for 85 courses. The tests will be administered online.
The website lists the UGC NET exam dates by subject. The UGC NET December 2024 exam will be performed in two shifts—the first from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and the second between 3 pm to 6 pm.
The notification of the UGC NET 2024 December exam city intimation will be issued on the NTA website eight days before the exam date. The official website for UGC NET is ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
UGC administers the NET through the National Testing Agency (NTA). NTA UGC NET is held twice every year, in June and December.
