Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder
The new Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder will launched in India in the first week of September. Bookings for the same have already begun. It will be powered by a 1.5-liter petrol engine with strong hybrid technology, paired with an e-CVT. This mid-size SUV will also have a 1.5-litre mild-hybrid petrol engine mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and a 6-speed AT, as well as an optional AWD system.
Hyundai Venue N Line – September 6th.
On September 6, the new 2022 Hyundai Venue N Line will be introduced in India. Pre-bookings for the same are now available. It will only be available with a 7-speed DCT and a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine producing 118 bhp and 172 Nm of peak torque. The upcoming Venue N Line will receive subtle cosmetic updates both inside and out that will set it apart from the standard model.
Mahindra XUV400 EV – September 8
The all-new Mahindra XUV400 electric SUV will be unveiled on September 8, 2022, the eve of World EV Day. While the precise specifications of this upcoming e-SUV are unknown, we do know that it will be 4.2 meters long. The XUV400 is expected to have a claimed range of 350-400 km on a single charge. It will directly rival the Tata Nexon EV Prime.
Citroen C5 Aircross
Citroen India has officially teased the facelifted C5 Aircross, which will be available shortly. The new Citroen C5 Aircross Facelift 2022 will get a cosmetic makeover as well as a slew of new features. Mechanically, however, it will remain unchanged. A 2.0-litre diesel engine with 175 bhp and 400 Nm of peak torque will power the C5 Aircross. It will be paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara
The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara will be the largest launch of the year from India’s largest automaker. Maruti’s flagship SUV will be available with two engine choices. It will be powered by a 1.5-liter petrol engine with strong hybrid technology and an e-CVT. The other engine will be a 1.5-litre mild-hybrid petrol unit mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed automatic transmission, as well as AWD.
