Yamaha has revealed two new color schemes for the FZ-S FI V4. The stylish commuter motorcycle is now available in two new colors: Matte Black and Dark Matte Blue. The upgraded FS-S FI V4 is priced at Rs 1,28,900 (ex-showroom). There are no changes to the FZ-S range except than the new color palette.
With the festive season approaching, Yamaha hopes that the introduction of new color schemes in the FZ-S range will enhance sales and strengthen the Japanese bikemaker’s connection with customers across India. The two new colors will be available with the existing Metallic Grey, Majesty Red, and Metallic Black color schemes.
Yamaha FZ-S: Specs & features
The FZ-S is powered by a 149cc engine that produces 12.2 horsepower at 7,250 rpm and 13.3 Nm at 5500 rpm. This engine is mated to a 5-speed transmission. Telescopic forks up front and a 7-step adjustable mono-shock at the rear handle suspension responsibilities. A 282mm front disc and a 220mm rear disc provide braking power, assisted by a single-channel ABS.
The FZ-S comes with a multi-function LCD instrument cluster, an LED headlight, a tyre hugging rear mudguard, a lower engine guard, and a Bluetooth Enabled Y-Connect App with a slew of useful features. It has a fuel tank capacity of 13 litres and weighs 136 kilograms.
