According to the proposals of the fifteenth Finance Commission, the primary portion of the loosened awards was to be delivered to the states in June 2021. Be that as it may, taking into account the progressing pandemic circumstance and at the proposal of the Panchayati Raj Ministry, the Finance Ministry has chosen to deliver the grant ahead of time.
It could be referenced that the 15thFinance Commission had forced certain conditions for the arrival of the loosened awards. The conditions incorporate online accessibility of records of a specific level of PRIS in the public space.
Nonetheless, thinking about the overarching conditions, this condition has been postponed for the arrival of the first installment of the untied grants.
