Bhubaneswar: Another 1342 new positive cases of Covid-19 had been detected in Odisha till the midnight of Wednesday, reported the Information & Public Relations Department on Thursday.
Among the new cases, 775 are in quarantine and 567 are local contacts. With this, the total number of positive cases in Odisha now stands at 983523.
District-wise details of the new cases are given below

Another 68 Covid positive patients in Odisha have succumbed to the disease, confirmed the Health & Family Welfare Department on Thursday.
Among the deceased, 1 each is from the districts of Bhadrak, Bolangir, Jajpur, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Nabarangpur, Nayagarh, Nuapada, and Sambalpur; 2 each from Balasore and Dhenkanal; 3 from Bargarh; 4 from Kendrapara; 11 from Cuttack; 12 each from Puri and Sundargarh; and 13 from Khordha.
