On May 30, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced the final results for the UPSC Civil Services exam 2021. Candidates can view their results on the official website, upsc.gov.in.
Shruti Sharma received all-India Rank 1 in the final results announced today. This year, female candidates have taken all three top positions. Shruti is a St Stephens College and Jawaharlal Nehru University graduate who has been studying for the UPSC Civil Services exam at Jamia Millia Islamia Residential Coaching Academy.
The UPSC CSE preliminary exam took place on October 10, 2021, and the results were released on October 29. The main exam was held from January 7 to 16, 2022, with the results announced on March 17, 2022. The interview was the final round of the examination, which started on April 5 and ended on May 26.

In 2020, 761 candidates passed the UPSC CSE final examination, with 545 men and 216 women among them. Shubham Kumar took first place in the examination, followed by Jagrati Awasthi and Ankita Jain.
