During the last 24 hours, a total of 280 new cases of COVID-19 were reported across the state, with 165 people quarantined and 115 being local contacts. There are currently 2981 active cases.
According to data shared by the Information and Public Relations Department on Wednesday, 16,171 samples were tested in the state in the last 24 hours. The COVID-19 test positivity rate (TPR) in the state is 1.73 percent.
