The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) administrators have extended the deadline for institution and college-level admissions under OJEE-2026 until September 14.
According to a notice released by the OJEE officials on August 22, the extended deadline applies to both first-year and lateral-entry programs.
On August 21, the Odisha government’s Skill Development and Technical Education (SDTE) Department published a notification, which prompted the decision. The extension also aligns with the academic calendar of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
The OJEE administrators announced that the counseling portals for students and participating universities have been opened. Colleges and institutions have been advised to complete all admission-related paperwork well in advance of the amended deadline.
The authorities have further stressed that no more extensions will be given beyond September 14, 2026.
