Despite the fact that the state marks a holiday on the fourth Saturday, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi held critical official meetings today at Kharavela Bhawan.
With the administration reaching the end of its two-year term, the Chief Minister conducted in-depth conversations with senior officials about the status of major governance initiatives. The discussion focused on fulfilling electoral promises, effectively implementing welfare programs, advancing industrialization, creating job opportunities, and developing future action plans for the state.
The Chief Minister conducted a high-level evaluation of the police administration’s implementation of previously issued instructions to strengthen peace and order. He had direct meetings with the Additional Chief Secretary of the Home Department, Hemant Sharma, and the Director General of Police, Y.B. Khurania.
Chief Minister Majhi emphasized the need of a peaceful law and order environment for overall growth, instructing the police to work efficiently, cautiously, and professionally.
