Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today launched the Make In Odisha Conclave’22 website and mobile app (https://www.mio.investodisha.gov.in).
Patnaik, speaking on the occasion, urged all departments to work closely together to ensure the grand success of Make in Odisha Conclave’22.
He urged them to make the Make in Odisha Conclave’22 a watershed moment in Odisha’s industrial growth story.
He stated that Odisha is now ranked among the top states in India for live manufacturing investments and has been designated as a “Achiever” in the recently released “Ease of Doing Business” ratings.
The CM went on to say that the ‘Make in Odisha Conclave, 2022′ is a platform for our state to showcase its growth story and present what it has to offer to investors from all over the world. It is a forum for industry leaders and thought leaders to discuss the future of various industrial sectors.
Suresh Chandra Mohapatra, Chief Secretary, stated that we must make every effort in the next 30 days to ensure that this year’s event surpasses the previous two.
The state has brought in FICCI as a national industry partner, and the government has finalized all session details for the event, he added.
In welcoming the guests, Industry Principal Secretary Hemant Sharma stated that there will be three conclave days with 20 sessions during the five-day event.
He added that the investors would be able to learn about the state’s industrial prowess and future potential.
He stated that the government has organized ten road shows, with the CM leading five of them in Dubai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.
