The total number of active COVID-19 cases in India has dropped to 15,705, according to data from the health ministry released today. Yesterday, there were approximately 16,098 active cases registered.
In the past 24 hours, the active COVID-19 caseload has decreased by 393 cases. According to the ministry, active cases account for 0.04 percent of total infections.
The total number of deaths in the country is now 5,30,479.
