In the last 24 hours, India has recorded 227 new cases of the novel coronavirus. According to data released by the Union Health Ministry today (December 25), the total recovery rate was around 98.80 percent, with a total recovery data of 4,41,42,989.
The total number of active COVID-19 cases in India has risen to 3,424, according to data from the health ministry released today. Yesterday, there were approximately 3,397 active cases registered.
Active Cases:
In the last 24 hours, the active COVID-19 caseload has grown by a total of 27 cases. According to the ministry, active cases account for 0.01 percent of total infections.
The total number of deaths in the country is now 5,30,693. The first death in India , due to the COVID pandemic was reported in March 2020.
Update on COVID Vaccination:
According to the health ministry’s website, the country has received 220.05 crore doses of COVID-19 vaccines as part of the nationwide vaccination drive.
