India T20 World Cup 2022 Teams, Squads, Captains, Player Lists , Updates: The All-India Senior Selection Committee met on Monday to select India’s squad for the Men’s ICC T20 World Cup and T20I Series against Australia and South Africa at home.
Jasprit Bumla and Hershal Patel have been called up to the 15-man squad for India at the T20 World Cup. However, veteran pacesetter Mohammad Shammi was named among the four reserves for the multinational tournament.Bumra, who suffered a back injury, and Hershall, who pulled a side, have been intensively trained in the NCA. Having undergone a rehabilitation program, the BCCI medical team determined they were fit for the series.India will play its first match against Pakistan on October 23.

Rohit Sharma (Captain), KL Rahul (vice-captain), Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Deepak Hooda, Rishabh Pant (wicket-keeper), Dinesh Karthik (wicket-keeper), Hardik Pandya, R. Ashwin, Yuzvendra Chahal, Axar Patel, Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Harshal Patel, Arshdeep Singh.
Deepak Chahar, Shreyas Iyer, Mohd Shami, Ravi Bishnoi as stand-by. Ravindra Jadeja misses out due to his knee injury.
