A high-level preparatory meeting was held on Friday dt.20.05.2011 at the OCA Conference Hall for the India vs. South Africa T-20 International Cricket Match, which is scheduled for June 12th, 2022 at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack under the newly installed LED flood light.
Shri R. Vineel Krishna IAS (Commissioner Cum Secretary Sports & Y.S. Deptt. Govt. of Odisha) presided over the meeting. Other dignitaries present in the meeting were Shri. Soumendra Kumar
Priyadarshi, IPS (Commissioner of Police, BBSR–CTC), Dr. Suresh Chandra Dalai IAS (RDC (CD) Cuttack), Shri Pinak Mishra IPS (DCP, Cuttack), Shri Prateek Singh IPS (DCP, Bhubaneswar), Shri Anil Kumar Samal (Chairman, CDA), Mrs. Ananya Das IAS (Commissioner, CMC), Shri Sudhir Kumar (Sr. Comdt, CISF, ASG, BP, Airport), Shri Pankaj Lochan Mohanty (President, OCA), Shri
Sanjay Behera (Secretary, OCA), Shri Asirbad Behera (Secretary, OAA) & Shri Avijit Paul (Secretary, OOA) accompanied by representatives from various departments like DPI & Roads, Fire
safety, RTO, TPCODL & Airport. Also the representatives of various company associated with the T–20 International match namely Paytm, DNA, G4S, Mayfair Hotels, AMRI Hospitals, HDFC Bank,
Fire & Safety Tech Pvt. Ltd. & Paritosh Agency were present in the meeting.
With great pleasure, I would like to inform you that the Government of Odisha has granted permission to host the T20 International Match between India and South Africa with 100 % spectators.
A detailed discussion regarding the preparation, organization & all other details of the T20 match between India Vs South Africa are as follows:
• 2nd International Match of the bilateral PAYTM series (India Vs South Africa)
• 1st match under LED Flood Light (first LED Sports Flood Light in Odisha)
• The OCA will be using a full ground cover for this match which will cover the entire field of play. This has been imported from United Kingdom.
• In this match OCA will be utilizing two Australian super sopper.
• In this match OCA will be using two brand new dressing rooms of international standards with all modern facilities.
• Team Arrival – 10th June 2022 & Team Departure – on 13th June 2022.
• Accommodation of Team & Match Officials – Hotel Mayfair (Bhubaneswar)
• Logistics Arrangement for Teams – Volvo Bus (3 Nos)
• Ticketing Agency – Pay TM

• Gallery No–1, 3 & 5– Rs.900/– including 18% GST.

• Expected Date of Redemption of Online Ticket – 9th , 10th ,11th & 12th June 2022.
• Redemption Centers –Cambridge School & Christ Collegiate School. There will be 3 counters in
each location.
• Timing of redemption will be from 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM on 9th ,10th & 11th June 2022 & 7.00 AM
to 3.00 PM on 12 th June 2022.
• SALE OF TICKET FOR AFFILIATED UNITS/OFFICE BERAERS/BCCI AFFILIATED UNITS
• On 7th & 8th June 2022 at OCA Conference Hall through Bank. Time from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
• SALE OF TICKET FOR GENERAL PUBLIC
• On 9th & 10th June 2022 at Ticket Counters of Barabati Stadium, Cuttack.
• One person can buy only two tickets (whatever may be the denomination)
• All Ticket Counters will be under the surveillance of CCTV and all will be monitored by Police.
TICKET DETAILS :
• Total Capacity of Stadium – 44234
• Total Saleable Tickets– 29154, which includes 8000 tickets for affiliated units/Office
Bearers/BCCI affiliated Units. 21154 Tickets will be for general Public which includes the on–
line tickets.
• All the seats will be numbered and the same will also be displayed on the Tickets and sufficient
signages will be used.
***GATES WILL OPEN AT 3.00 PM (i.e., 4 Hrs. before the commencement of the match)
