Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported 1315 more COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours whereas a total of 65209 samples had been tested in the state, yesterday. The Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the day stood at 2.01%.
Khurda district registered highest 413 fresh infections, followed by Cuttack (198) and Jajpur (89).
The COVID-19 tally in the state surged to 982181 with 13872 active cases.

The Health Department also reported 66 more deaths because of COVID-19 as the toll mounted to 6168. Khurda district reported highest 18 fatalities.
