In view of the extreme heat wave affecting the state and the weather department’s forecast, the Odisha government today announced summer vacation for all government, aided, and private schools in the state beginning April 25, according to a government statement.
Due to rising temperatures, the government has decided to hold morning courses from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at all schools from April 22 to April 24.
During the vacation period, all teaching activities for instructors will be overseen directly by the elementary, secondary, and higher education directors.
