Talking to Dainik Jagran, Manmohan Samal said that this is a serious matter and this examination comes under the state government. The state government completely controls and conducts this exam.
CBI investigation requested
After all, how the question paper was leaked, where and where the wires of this question paper are connected and who are the people involved in it, all this will be revealed from reality only after investigation by CBI i.e. Central Bureau of Investigation. He told that this is a very serious matter and the state government is not taking such a big issue seriously.
Baleshwar SP wrote a letter requesting 88 children not to appear in any OSSC exam for life
For the past several days, the question paper leak of OSSC i.e. Odisha Staff Selection Commission, which has shaken the entire state of Odisha, has become the main topic of discussion in the two states of Odisha and Bihar. In this connection, Baleshwar SP Sagarika Nath has arrested 17 people, out of which half a dozen people are from Bihar.
The person caught from among these people has also been described as the mastermind. The remaining one person is from Andhra Pradesh and the rest are residents of Odisha. Balasore’s SP Sagarika Nath wrote a letter to the Odisha Staff Selection Commission, requesting them not to allow 88 children involved in this racket, that is, examinees, to appear in the OSSC examination for life.
Along with this, the SP has also requested the OSSC to take action against the two teachers involved in the incident. Acting promptly on the SP’s request, the Odisha Staff Selection Commission has issued show cause notices to 55 children.
It was learned that these people had bought the leaked question paper by paying money. It is worth mentioning here why the Odisha Staff Selection Commission is trying to wash its hands today. The biggest question here is that how did the name and contact number of the children who were about to take the exam reach the question paper leakers. Who will investigate where the mistake happened, this is a big question in itself.
Action is being taken on children, action is being taken on people, the accused are being caught and sent to jail. Not one or two accused but 17 accused including a woman were arrested and sent to jail but why action is not being taken against OSSC.
OSSC should keep the names of the children involved in the question paper leak case and how their contact numbers reached the accused. When action will be taken on OSSC remains a big question.
