Share Market Highlights: Nifty, Sensex trim losses, end mildly in red

Today’s Stock Market News | Sensex, Nifty, and Stock Prices Highlights: In a volatile session on Thursday, January 12, benchmark indices finished lower. The BSE Sensex fell below 60,000 and the NSE Nifty 50 fell below 17,900. The 30-share Sensex fell 147.47 points, or 0.25%, to 59,958.03, while the Nifty fell 37.50 points, or 0.21%, to 17,858.20. SBI Life Insurance, UltraTech Cement, Larsen and Toubro, HCL Technologies, and Dr Reddy’s Laboratories were among the top losers on the Nifty, while Divis Labs, Reliance Industries, BPCL, Axis Bank, and Tata Motors were among the top gainers.
