Share Market Highlights:Sensex rises 800 points, Nifty ends above 18100

Today’s Stock Market News | Sensex, Nifty, and Share Prices Highlights: Domestic equity indices finished the day broadly higher, with the Sensex closing above 60,700 and the Nifty above 18,100. After opening in the green, both indices pared some of their gains in intraday trading. The BSE Sensex advanced 846.94 points, or 1.41%, to 60,747.31, while the NSE Nifty 50 advanced 241.75 points, or 1.35%, to 18,101.20. The top gainers on the Nifty were Mahindra & Mahindra, HCL Tech, and TCS, while the top losers were Titan, Bajaj Finserv, and Bajaj Auto. Bank Nifty gained 0.93%, Nifty IT gained 2.83%, and Nifty consumer durables lost 0.46%.
