29 Odisha Police Personnel To Be Awarded Gallantry, Service Medals On Republic Day 2025

On the occasion of the 76th Republic Day, 2025, 29 Odisha police officers have been chosen to get the Gallantry and Service Medals in appreciation of their outstanding service and bravery.

The Ministry of Home Affairs released an official notification to make this declaration.

The President’s Medal for Distinguished Service (PSM), the Medal for Meritorious Service (MSM), and Gallantry Medals will be given to 942 persons nationwide from a variety of sectors, including police, fire, home guard & civil defense, and correctional services.

Below is the list of personnel nominated for medals across various categories in Odisha:
