Tata Motors has introduced the new XMS variant of the Harrier in India, with an ex-showroom price of Rs 17.20 lakh. This new mid-spec variant sits between the SUV’s XM and XT trims. It is available with both manual and automatic transmissions. The prices of the 2022 Tata Harrier XMS variants are listed below.

The diesel manual variant of the Tata Harrier XMS is priced at Rs 17.20 lakh, while the diesel automatic variant is priced at Rs 18.50 lakh, all prices are ex-showroom. The Harrier is currently priced between Rs 14.69 lakh and Rs 22.20 lakh ex-showroom. It competes with the MG Hector, Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and others.
Tata Harrier XMS-Engine Specifications
The same 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine that powers the other Harrier variants will power the 2022 Tata Harrier XMS. This engine produces 167 bhp and 350 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission as well as a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.
Tata Harrier XMS-Features
The new Tata Harrier XMS comes with a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. However, it lacks the iRA connected car technology. Other features include steering-mounted controls, an 8-speaker sound system, and a variety of safety features such as dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, hill hold control, traction control, and more.
