Toyota Kirloskar Motor has finally released the long-awaited Innova HyCross in India. Bookings for the all-new Toyota Innova HyCross 2023 are now open, and the vehicle will go on sale in January of next year. This car can be pre-booked for Rs 50,000 online on the company’s website or offline by visiting their nearest Toyota dealership.
Toyota Innova HyCross Engine and gearbox
The new Toyota Innova HyCross is available with two petrol engines but no diesel engine. It is powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine with 171 bhp and 205 Nm of peak torque, mated to a CVT. The other engine is a TNGA 2.0-litre four-cylinder gasoline hybrid with an electric motor. Its total power output is 183 bhp and comes mated to an e-CVT.
Toyota Innova HyCross: Design and features
The new Toyota Innova HyCross has an SUV-like appearance, with a bold front fascia and muscular appeal. Other design features include multi-spoke alloy wheels and LED taillights. It has a large 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity on the inside. A panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, and Toyota’s Safety Sense technology with ADAS are among the other features.
Toyota Innova HyCross: Price and rivals
The Toyota Innova HyCross price will be revealed in January 2023. Bookings for the same are now open, with deliveries set to begin in February of next year. The Toyota Innova HyCross will compete with the Toyota Innova Crysta, Mahindra XUV700, Tata Safari, Hyundai Alcazar, MG Hector Plus, and others.
